SHARING IS SO SIMPLE
Connected to hotspot but can't access Internet on client devices
Control Panel **and navigate to **Network & Sharing Center
for your hotspot as shown in the below figure. If you have **Internet **as Access type, then your firewall or Antivitrus must be blocking mHotspot.
Add an exception to mHotspot in Windows firewall & Antivirus Firewall.

stop the hotspot.
