Yes. mHotspot is completely free, always.

What type of connections can be shared?

Any type of internet connection. e.g. LAN, ADSL, MODEM, ETHERNET, 3G/4G, Data-Cards, Wifi.

Is my laptop or desktop compatible?

Almost every Windows 7, 8 and 10 laptop/computer with a Wifi Adapter works with mHotspot. However, some laptops/computers (mostly with the following wifi adapters) might face problems. Don’t worry, we have excellent troubleshooting support. Wifi Adapter with compatibility issues:

Is it legal to share single Internet connection with multiple devices?

Sharing the internet connection depends on the terms of service of your Internet Service Provider. Many have terms against reselling the connections. However sharing with friends, family and your other computers is generally fine. Please verify with your ISP before sharing the Internet.
