[how to] Keyboard shortcuts to rotate desktop screen in windows

There are four shortcuts to set the positions of desktop screen in windows:

1. Ctrl + Alt + Up Arrow -> Sets the desktop screen to be normal(As we regularly see)
2. Ctrl + Alt + Down Arrow -> Sets the desktop screen to vertically inverted.
3. Ctrl + Alt + Left Arrow -> Sets the desktop screen to be from left to right.
4. Ctrl + Alt + Right Arrow -> Sets the desktop screen to be from right to left.
