How to remove shortcut virus in the pen drive & sd card

i am not getting off the short cut virus. another file comes up with it a .exe file. it changes whenever I format the memory card
yes u r right, .exe file is creating by above method and problem is not getting solved

Hi,
I had done the same process it had converted my shotcut folders to orginal folder in 1 drive, but when i try to do the same for my send drive at the bottom it is showing Access Denied and not done the process as it has done for the 1st drive.
The error is :
I:\17d107c5309fecb3bc5b1e0c1381e7bb\i386
These 2 folders are there in the drive & when i try to delete then it is showing an error message that it is being used by some one. i had restarted the system also but not worked.
use this command
e: enter
dir enter
attrib -s -h *.* /s /d enter
dir enter
then rename file and delete it.
didnt work… it says file cant be renamed.. and is eing used by another program
