How to remove rlvknlg.exe wants to access skype

1. Open Program files & Uninstall Relevant Knowledge.

Just to be sure,

2. Open C:\Program Files (or C:\Program Files (x86) if you are using 64 bit machine).
3. Delete the whole Relevant Knowledge folder.
